- Manage and maintain warehouse operations in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Receive, store, and distribute materials and products to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Operate forklifts and other machinery to move and store materials and products.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and fulfill orders.
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection on warehouse equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Troubleshoot any issues or problems that may arise and report them to the appropriate personnel.
- Train new warehouse staff on company procedures and safety protocols.
- Continuously strive to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Represent the company in a professional manner to clients and visitors.
Previous Experience In A Warehouse Or Manufacturing Environment: A Warehouse Operator At Baxter International Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Warehouse Operations And Procedures. Previous Experience In A Similar Role Is Preferred.
Ability To Operate Warehouse Equipment: Candidates Should Be Able To Safely Operate Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, And Other Warehouse Equipment. Training And Certification May Be Required.
Strong Attention To Detail: Warehouse Operators At Baxter International Must Have Excellent Attention To Detail To Ensure Accurate Inventory Management And Order Fulfillment.
Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: This Role May Involve Standing For Long Periods Of Time And Lifting Heavy Boxes Or Equipment. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Demands Of The Job.
