Baxter International is seeking a Trade Show Display Coordinator to join our team and oversee the planning and execution of our trade show displays. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in showcasing our products and services to potential customers and industry professionals.   1. Plan and coordinate all aspects of trade show displays, including booth design, setup, and logistics.
  2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan to ensure all deadlines are met and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary materials and information for trade show displays.
  4. Work closely with external vendors to secure necessary materials and services for trade show displays.
  5. Oversee the budget for trade show displays and ensure all expenses are within the allocated budget.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of trade show goals and objectives.
  7. Continuously research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for trade show displays.
  8. Train and manage a team of event staff to assist with trade show setup and execution.
  9. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of trade show displays and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of trade show display planning and execution.
  11. Serve as the main point of contact for all trade show vendors and handle any issues or concerns that may arise.
  12. Represent Baxter International in a professional and positive manner at all trade show events.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and guidelines regarding trade show display planning and execution.

  • Experience In Event Planning And Coordination: Trade Show Display Coordinators At Baxter International Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Planning And Executing Successful Trade Show Displays. This Includes Managing Budgets, Coordinating Logistics, And Ensuring All Elements Of The Display Are In Place.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Successful Trade Show Display Coordinator Should Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Vendors, And Clients. They Should Also Be Able To Handle Any Issues Or Challenges That May Arise During The Planning And Execution Of The Trade Show Display.

  • Creativity And Attention To Detail: Trade Show Displays Are Often The First Point Of Contact For Potential Clients And Customers.
