- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Oversee and manage the quality assurance team and provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Conduct thorough audits and inspections of processes, systems, and products to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
- Review and analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to quality assurance and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance and resolve any quality-related issues.
- Train and educate team members on quality assurance procedures, standards, and regulations to ensure a thorough understanding and adherence.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
- Monitor and track quality assurance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on performance and improvements.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Quality Assurance, Engineering, Or Life Sciences.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Within The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements, Including Fda Regulations And Iso Standards.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Quality Management Systems And Processes.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Quality Assurance Professionals.
