  1. Conduct thorough analysis of product data, processes and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  2. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance product quality and safety.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
  4. Develop and maintain quality metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  5. Participate in auditing and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  6. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure adherence to best practices.
  8. Train and mentor junior analysts on quality processes and procedures.
  9. Communicate and collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in quality standards.
  10. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality standards for materials and components.
  11. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
  12. Monitor and track product complaints and assist in the investigation and resolution of any quality issues.
  13. Represent the company in external audits and inspections.
  14. Continuously strive for process improvement and efficiency in quality operations.
  15. Uphold the company's mission to save and sustain lives through the delivery of high-quality healthcare products.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Quality Management, Business Administration, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Management Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Systems And Regulations, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Guidelines.

  • Experience With Quality Improvement Methodologies, Such As Six Sigma Or Lean, And A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Process Improvements.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Informed Decisions To Drive Quality Improvement Initiatives.
