- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct audits and inspections of production processes, materials, and finished products to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and reports.
- Train and educate employees on quality standards and procedures.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and participate in audits and inspections.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in quality management.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Communicate and report on quality metrics and initiatives to management and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement best practices and quality improvement tools.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and compliance regulations.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Quality Assurance, Engineering, Or Science.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Role Within The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Knowledge Of Relevant Quality Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Quality Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With Regulatory Agencies.
