  1. Perform welding and fabrication tasks according to company and industry standards.
  2. Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
  3. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  4. Operate welding equipment and tools effectively and safely.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to welding and fabrication.
  8. Follow established procedures and protocols to maintain product integrity.

Job Qualifications

  • Certified Welder: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Valid Certification In Welding From A Recognized Institution Or Organization. This Ensures That The Candidate Possesses The Necessary Skills And Knowledge To Perform Welding Tasks Effectively.

  • Previous Welding Experience: Previous Experience In Welding Is Highly Preferred For This Position. This Could Include Working In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting, Or Completing An Apprenticeship Program. Experience With Welding Equipment, Techniques, And Safety Protocols Is Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Technical Skills: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Welding Principles And Techniques, As Well As The Ability To Read And Interpret Blueprints And Technical Drawings. Knowledge Of Different Types Of Welding Processes (E.g. Tig, Mig, Stick Welding) Is Also Important.
