- Manage and maintain the Active Directory environment for Baxter International to ensure the security, availability, and scalability of our systems.
- Collaborate with other members of the IT team to develop and implement best practices for Active Directory management.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform regular audits and updates to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Active Directory technology, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Work closely with other IT teams to integrate Active Directory with other systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Active Directory processes and procedures.
- Provide support and training to end-users on Active Directory-related tasks and procedures.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing for Active Directory.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure Active Directory security protocols are followed and maintained.
- Manage user access and permissions within Active Directory, ensuring appropriate levels of access for different roles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any Active Directory-related issues in a timely manner.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and streamlining of Active Directory processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns related to Active Directory.

Extensive Experience In Active Directory Administration: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing And Maintaining Active Directory Environments, With A Deep Understanding Of The Architecture, Components, And Best Practices.
Proficiency In Identity And Access Management: As A Senior Specialist In It-Active Directory, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Identity And Access Management, Including Experience With Managing User Accounts, Groups, Permissions, And Security Policies.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Windows Server Operating Systems: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems, Including The Latest Versions, And Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Any Issues Related To Active Directory On These Systems.
Experience With Scripting And Automation: In Addition To Hands-On Experience, The Candidate Should Also Have Proficiency In Scripting Languages Such As Powershell, And Should Be Able To Use Automation Tools To Streamline And Improve Active Directory Management Processes.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Specialist, The Candidate Will Be Required To Lead A Team Of It Professionals, Collaborate With Other Departments, And Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
