- Conduct process validations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Extensive Experience In Injection Molding Process Design And Optimization: A Senior Process Engineer At Baxter International Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Improving Injection Molding Processes. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of The Technical Aspects Of Injection Molding, Such As Material Selection, Tooling Design, And Process Validation.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations For Medical Devices.
