- Lead and manage the development and innovation of new disposable medical products within the R&D Disposables team.

Advanced Degree In Engineering: A Senior Principal Engineer At Baxter International Should Possess A Master's Or Phd Degree In Engineering, Preferably In The Field Of Biomedical Or Mechanical Engineering.
Extensive Experience In R&D Disposables: Candidates For This Position Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience Working In Research And Development Of Medical Disposables, With A Focus On Product Development And Design.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior-Level Position, The Senior Principal Engineer Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Engineers, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: Baxter International Is A Highly Regulated Industry, And The Senior Principal Engineer Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Other International Standards Related To Medical Devices And Disposables.
