Extensive Experience In Embedded Software Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Developing Embedded Software For Medical Devices Or Other Similar Complex Systems.
Strong Technical Expertise: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Software Engineering Principles, Programming Languages (C/C++), Real-Time Operating Systems, And Hardware-Software Integration.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Principal Engineer, The Candidate Should Have Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Also Have Experience In Project Planning, Resource Allocation, And Risk Management.
