  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and manage trade partnerships with key accounts.
  2. Oversee a team of trade account managers and provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution of account plans.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and key stakeholders.
  6. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize profitability and drive business growth.
  7. Manage trade budgets and ensure compliance with financial targets.
  8. Develop and implement trade marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  9. Lead and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote Baxter International and its products.
  10. Provide timely and accurate reporting on trade account performance and present recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  11. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to trade partnerships.
  12. Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in trade account management.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and achieve common goals.
