  1. Develop and implement strategies for managing the lifecycle of suppliers, ensuring their reliability and efficiency in the supply chain.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring open communication and a collaborative partnership.
  3. Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  4. Continuously evaluate and monitor supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  5. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement supplier development plans, driving continuous improvement and cost savings.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to supplier lifecycle management, and incorporate them into company processes and procedures.
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, quality, and finance, to ensure alignment and achieve company goals and objectives.
  8. Manage supplier contracts and negotiate terms and conditions to achieve the best value for the company.
  9. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure supplier performance and drive accountability.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on supplier performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  11. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any disruptions to the supply chain.
  12. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in managing the supplier lifecycle.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of Baxter International products and services to effectively manage supplier relationships and ensure the quality of products and services received.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for all supplier lifecycle management-related inquiries and initiatives.
  15. Continuously seek ways to streamline and improve processes and procedures related to supplier lifecycle management, striving for operational excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supplier Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Proficient In Creating And Implementing Supplier Lifecycle Management Strategies, Including Supplier Selection, Contract Negotiation, And Supplier Performance Evaluation.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Supply Chain Management, Including Sourcing And Procurement Processes, Risk Management, And Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field. Advanced Degree Or Certification In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management Is Preferred.
