Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Employee Relations, Recruitment, And Performance Management.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeo.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With All Levels Of Employees And Management.
Prior Experience In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role, With The Ability To Mentor And Develop Junior Hr Staff.
