- Lead and manage technical integration projects for cloud ERP systems, ensuring successful outcomes and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design integration solutions, and implement them effectively.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide technical support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to cloud ERP integration.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure system integrity and data accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest cloud ERP technologies and provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and manage the integration of their systems with our cloud ERP.
- Train and mentor junior team members on technical integration processes and best practices.
