  1. Oversee the daily operations of the content management system, ensuring its optimal performance and functionality.
  2. Manage and maintain the system's infrastructure, including servers, databases, and network connectivity.
  3. Develop and implement system upgrades, enhancements, and new features to improve efficiency and user experience.
  4. Create and enforce system policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Train and support users on system functionality and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and integrations.
  7. Monitor system usage and provide data analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in content management systems to continuously improve and optimize our system.
  9. Take ownership of system documentation and keep it accurate and up-to-date.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues.
  11. Manage system access and permissions for different user roles.
  12. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data governance and privacy policies.
  13. Participate in system testing and validation processes to ensure quality and accuracy of data.
  14. Keep track of system performance and proactively identify and address any potential issues.
  15. Maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective support for the system.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Managing Ccms Systems, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Ccms Tools Such As Documentum, Veeva Vault, Or Opentext Content Server.

  • Experience With System Upgrades, Migrations, And Integration With Other Enterprise Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Handle Complex Technical Issues.
