  1. Ensure compliance with international trade and customs regulations.
  2. Stay up-to-date on changes and updates to trade and customs regulations and incorporate them into business practices.
  3. Provide guidance and support to business units on trade and customs compliance matters.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues.
  5. Develop and implement trade compliance policies and procedures.
  6. Review and approve import and export documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve trade and customs compliance issues.
  8. Analyze data and provide insights to identify potential areas for improvement and cost savings.
  9. Communicate with government agencies and external partners on trade and customs matters.
  10. Train and educate employees on trade and customs regulations and best practices.
  11. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate customs clearance and delivery of goods.
  13. Participate in trade compliance audits and assist in the development of corrective action plans.
  14. Keep accurate records and documentation related to trade and customs compliance.
  15. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance in trade and customs operations.
  16. Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
  17. Stay informed on industry trends and developments related to global trade and customs regulations.
  18. Represent the company in trade and customs-related meetings and conferences.
  19. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to trade and customs compliance.
  20. Demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical and responsible business practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In International Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Trade Compliance, Customs Operations, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Global Trade Regulations And Customs Laws, Including Import/Export Controls And Free Trade Agreements.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing Import/Export Processes, Including Classification, Valuation, And Duty/Tax Optimization.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
