  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's employee benefits program in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct regular analysis and evaluation of current benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness in the market and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance and legal departments, to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration and make recommendations for incorporating new and innovative offerings.
  7. Prepare and present reports on benefits utilization, costs, and trends to senior management.
  8. Oversee the annual open enrollment process, including communication, education, and coordination with vendors.
  9. Work closely with third-party vendors to ensure efficient and effective delivery of benefits services.
  10. Provide guidance and support to HR team members and managers on benefits-related matters.
  11. Participate in the design and implementation of new benefits programs, such as wellness initiatives and retirement plans.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to benefits programs and employee data.
  13. Ensure confidentiality and security of all benefits-related information.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the benefits administration function.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, With A Focus On Benefits Administration.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Governing Employee Benefits, Including Erisa, Aca, And Hipaa.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leaders.
