- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's employee benefits program in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular analysis and evaluation of current benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness in the market and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance and legal departments, to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration and make recommendations for incorporating new and innovative offerings.
- Prepare and present reports on benefits utilization, costs, and trends to senior management.
- Oversee the annual open enrollment process, including communication, education, and coordination with vendors.
- Work closely with third-party vendors to ensure efficient and effective delivery of benefits services.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members and managers on benefits-related matters.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new benefits programs, such as wellness initiatives and retirement plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to benefits programs and employee data.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all benefits-related information.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the benefits administration function.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, With A Focus On Benefits Administration.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Governing Employee Benefits, Including Erisa, Aca, And Hipaa.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leaders.
