
Sales Training Manager

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs to support the overall sales strategy and goals of the organization.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and gaps, and create targeted training plans to address them.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine the training needs of individual sales team members and develop customized training plans accordingly.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure sales teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques, such as role-playing, case studies, and simulations, to enhance learning and retention.
- Regularly evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources, to support ongoing learning and development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry and market trends, as well as the latest sales techniques, to continuously enhance training programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure sales training aligns with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and track the progress of sales team members post-training to measure the impact of training on their performance.
- Provide coaching and support to sales team members to reinforce and apply the skills and knowledge learned during training.
- Collaborate with HR to onboard new sales team members and ensure they receive proper training and support to be successful in their roles.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates and inspires sales team members to achieve their full potential.
- Manage the sales training budget and resources effectively to deliver high-quality training programs within budget.
- Act as a subject matter expert and go-to resource for sales training and development within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Sales, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Training, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Medical Device Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Sales Techniques And Strategies, As Well As Adult Learning Principles.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills With The Ability To Train And Motivate A Diverse Sales Team.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Sales Training Programs That Have Resulted In Increased Sales Performance.
