Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Field Of Advanced Surgery.
Knowledge Of The Emilia Romagna Region And Its Healthcare System, Including Key Players And Referral Networks.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With Strong Negotiation And Closing Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders Such As Surgeons, Hospital Administrators, And Purchasing Managers.
