  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Houston territory.
  2. Identify and prospect potential clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to promote the benefits and features of our medical equipment.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
  6. Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
  7. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing to clients.
  8. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  9. Provide training and support to clients on the use and maintenance of our medical equipment.
  10. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement.
  11. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and promote our products and services.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  14. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to the medical device industry.
  15. Continuously enhance product knowledge and selling skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Healthcare.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Build Relationships And Negotiate With Customers.

  • Knowledge Of Capital Equipment And Medical Device Sales Processes, Including Product Demonstrations, Pricing Negotiations, And Contract Management.

  • Familiarity With The Houston Healthcare Market And Ability To Develop And Execute A Strategic Sales Plan For The Territory.
