- Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the RFP associates team.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all RFPs for clients.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline the RFP process.
- Train and mentor RFP associates to improve their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for RFPs.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop and maintain a library of RFP responses.
- Monitor and track RFP metrics to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations.
- Act as a liaison between RFP associates and clients to address any concerns or questions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance in all RFP responses.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the RFP process and increase efficiency.
Fluency In Both English And Spanish: As A Bilingual Rfp Associates Manager, Strong Proficiency In Both English And Spanish Is Essential In Effectively Communicating With Clients And Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Business Administration Or A Related Field Is Necessary To Understand The Complexities Of Managing Rfps And Associated Processes.
Previous Experience In Rfp Management: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing Rfps, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry, Is Required To Be Successful In This Role.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Rfp Associates Manager Must Be Able To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Ensuring Deadlines Are Met And Deliverables Are Of High Quality.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Liaison Between Baxter International And Its Clients, The Rfp Associates Manager Must Have Outstanding Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
