Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Pharmacology, Biotechnology, Or Chemistry.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Research Or Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Scientific Principles And Research Methodologies, As Well As Experience With Data Analysis And Interpretation.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
Familiarity With Regulatory Guidelines And Compliance Standards For The Pharmaceutical Industry.
