- Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively manage and grow the renal product portfolio.
- Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and execution of portfolio objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and key opinion leaders.
- Conduct market research and gather insights to identify new opportunities for portfolio expansion.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market share data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any gaps.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for the renal portfolio, ensuring effective utilization of resources to achieve business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and guidelines related to renal care to ensure compliance and inform strategic decisions.
- Represent Baxter International at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote the renal product portfolio.
- Train and support sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with global teams to share best practices, leverage resources, and ensure consistency in portfolio management across regions.
- Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for the renal product portfolio, promoting its value and impact on patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and use this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and differentiate the renal product portfolio.
- Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Marketing Within The Medical Device Industry, With A Focus On Renal Products.
Strong Understanding Of The Renal Market, Including Key Competitors, Industry Trends, And Reimbursement Landscape.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Portfolio Management, Including Product Launches, Market Analysis, And Driving Business Growth.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
