  1. Oversee and manage all quality systems for EMEA Compounding operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
  2. Develop and implement robust quality control processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to patients worldwide.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals in the execution of their duties and responsibilities.
  4. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of operations.
  5. Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify potential areas for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with regulatory agencies and external auditors to ensure successful inspections and audits.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and changes in regulations to proactively identify and address any potential quality issues.
  8. Develop and maintain quality metrics to track and report on the performance of quality systems.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on quality systems, providing guidance and training to team members as needed.
  11. Drive the implementation of new quality initiatives and processes to enhance the overall quality of operations.
  12. Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates on the status of quality systems and address any potential issues or concerns.
  13. Ensure all documentation and records related to quality systems are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  14. Collaborate with global quality teams to share best practices and ensure consistency across all operations.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the quality team to promote professional growth and development.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Quality Management Systems, Including Iso 9001, Iso 13485, And Other Relevant Regulations And Standards.

  • Leadership And Management Experience: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Have Significant Experience In Managing And Leading Teams, As Well As Developing And Implementing Quality Strategies And Initiatives.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Involves Working With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And External Partners, So The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Others.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Compounding Processes: The Quality Systems Senior Manager Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Compounding Processes, Including Aseptic Techniques, Cleanroom Operations, And Gmp Principles.

  • Experience In Regulatory Compliance: Baxter International Operates In A Highly Regulated Industry, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Ensuring Compliance With Regulatory Requirements, Such As Fda, Ema, And Other Applicable Regulatory Bodies.
