
Quality Manager I (7:00am-3:00pm)

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive quality management system to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure the safety, efficacy, and quality of products.
- Conduct thorough investigations of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and trends to ensure compliance and drive best practices.
- Conduct audits of internal processes and external suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Train and educate employees on quality management principles and procedures.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Quality Assurance, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Quality Management Role, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Systems And Regulatory Requirements, Such As Fda Regulations And Iso 13485.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.
Detail-Oriented And Analytical Mindset, With The Ability To Identify And Solve Problems In A Timely Manner.
