We are currently seeking a Quality Associate II to join our team in the Training & Document Control department. This role is crucial in ensuring that our quality standards are met and maintained through effective training and document control.   1. Develop and implement training programs to ensure all employees are knowledgeable and compliant with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  2. Maintain and update all training materials and documents, including but not limited to training manuals, presentations, and quizzes.
  3. Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create customized training plans.
  4. Conduct training sessions and workshops for new employees and ongoing training for existing employees.
  5. Monitor and track employee training progress and ensure timely completion of all required training.
  6. Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements to continuously enhance the training program.
  7. Oversee the document control process, including version control, approval, and distribution of all quality-related documents.
  8. Ensure all documents are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  9. Conduct periodic audits to ensure document control processes are being followed and maintained.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any quality issues related to training or document control.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to training and document control.
  12. Assist in the development and implementation of new quality initiatives to improve overall quality and compliance.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training and document control activities.
  14. Communicate and present training and document control updates and progress to management and other stakeholders.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for all training and document control-related inquiries and issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Quality Assurance, Life Sciences, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Quality Or Training Role Within The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Standards, Such As Fda Regulations, Iso 13485, And Gmp.

  • Experience With Training And Document Control Systems And Processes, Including Electronic Document Management Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Team Members On Quality Processes And Procedures.
