  1. Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  2. Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to improve overall product quality and safety.
  3. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
  5. Participate in the development and maintenance of quality management systems.
  6. Conduct training and provide guidance to employees on quality standards and procedures.

  15. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure their products and services meet quality standards.
  16. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

  18. Mentor and provide guidance to junior quality associates as needed.
  19. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  20. Continuously strive for personal and professional development in the field of quality assurance.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Or Engineering Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Quality Role, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations, Iso Standards, And Other Relevant Quality Standards.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Systems, Including Capa, Root Cause Analysis, And Risk Management.
