  1. Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
  2. Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
  3. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
  4. Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality and efficiency.
  5. Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  7. Continuously improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  8. Adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
  9. Complete all required training and maintain a high level of competency in production procedures.
  10. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to address any issues or concerns.
  11. Assist in training and mentoring new production technicians.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.
  15. Comply with all safety regulations and report any safety hazards or incidents.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience: At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working As A Production Technician In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting Is Required. This Experience Should Include Operating Production Equipment, Troubleshooting Issues, And Performing Quality Control Checks.

  • Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Aptitude And Be Comfortable Working With Complex Machinery And Equipment. Experience With Computer Systems, Data Analysis, And Process Control Software Is Also Preferred.

  • Knowledge Of Production Processes: The Production Technician Iii Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Production Processes, Including Assembly, Packaging, And Quality Control. They Should Also Be Familiar With Current Good Manufacturing Practices (Cgmp) And Safety Regulations.

  • Attention To Detail: This Role Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Ensure That All Products Are Manufactured To The Highest Quality Standards. The Production Technician Iii Should Be Able To Identify And Troubleshoot Issues Quickly And Efficiently.

  • Teamwork: The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment Is Crucial For This Role. The Production Technician Iii Will Be Working Closely With Other Production Team Members, As Well As Engineers And Quality Control Personnel, To Ensure Production Goals Are Met. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential.
