- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design effective test plans.
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and analyze software defects, and work with developers to resolve issues and improve overall product quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing and automation.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and testability.
- Utilize various testing tools and techniques to continuously improve the testing process and identify potential areas for automation.
- Act as a subject matter expert for software testing, providing guidance and support to other team members.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
- Continuously monitor and report on test results, and communicate any issues or concerns to the development team and management.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Software Development And Testing, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Software Testing Methodologies, Tools, And Processes, Including Automated Testing.
Excellent Coding Skills In One Or More Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python.
Experience With Agile Development Methodologies And The Ability To Lead Teams In An Agile Environment.
