Advanced Degree In Materials Science Or A Related Field: A Principal Engineer At Baxter International Must Possess A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Materials Science Or A Related Field. This Qualification Demonstrates A Deep Understanding Of Material Properties, Structure, And Processing.
Extensive Experience In Research And Development: A Principal Engineer Must Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Research And Development In The Field Of Materials Science. This Experience Should Include A Track Record Of Successful Product Development And Innovation.
