  1. Identify opportunities for process improvement: The Operational Excellence Engineer will be responsible for analyzing current processes and systems to identify areas where improvements can be made to increase efficiency and quality.
  2. Develop and implement strategies: Using their engineering expertise, the engineer will develop and execute strategies to optimize processes and systems, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency.

  9. Ensure compliance with regulations: The engineer will ensure that all processes and systems are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
  10. Communicate progress and results: The engineer will communicate progress and results of process improvement initiatives to stakeholders and management, highlighting any achievements and areas for further improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Lean Six Sigma Principles And Methodologies, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Process Improvement Initiatives.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Quality Systems, With Experience In Developing And Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures And Work Instructions.
