  1. Operate and maintain production equipment in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.
  2. Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
  3. Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production goals and deadlines.
  4. Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
  5. Maintain accurate records of production data and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
  6. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure a smooth production process.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  8. Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs as needed.
  9. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  10. Continuously review and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  11. Cross-train in different areas of production to contribute to a flexible and adaptable team.
  12. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For An Operario De Producción Turno C Position Would Be A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures A Basic Level Of Education And Understanding Of Fundamental Concepts.

  • Previous Manufacturing Experience: Candidates Should Have Experience Working In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In A Similar Role. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Work With Machinery, And Meet Production Targets.
