- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for Baxter's Parenteral Nutrition Solutions and Analytics portfolio.
- Drive growth and profitability of our products through effective marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify market opportunities and develop marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing plans.
- Lead the development of marketing materials and campaigns, including print, digital, and event-based initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, including ROI and market share.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product positioning and messaging.

Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Marketing, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Parenteral Nutrition Solutions And Analytics, Including Trends, Market Analysis, And Competitive Landscape
Proven Track Record Of Successful Product Launches And Developing Marketing Strategies That Drive Sales And Revenue Growth
