- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent for the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the company's goals and align talent management initiatives accordingly.
- Design and execute talent acquisition programs to identify and recruit top talent for critical roles.
- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Oversee the development and delivery of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to talent management.
- Analyze and report on key talent metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve talent management practices.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure seamless integration of talent management initiatives with other HR functions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and incorporate them into the organization's strategies.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, With A Focus On Talent Management.
Strong Understanding Of Talent Acquisition, Development, And Retention Strategies.
Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Hr Professionals.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Leadership Skills.
