- Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy for the company, taking into consideration industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure the effective execution of security initiatives and tasks.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security threats and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and analyze security systems and logs to detect and respond to any security breaches or incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and compliance, to ensure alignment and integration of cybersecurity practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve the company's cybersecurity posture.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance the company's security capabilities.
- Train and educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and protocols to promote a culture of security awareness.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to cybersecurity to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the company's cybersecurity status and potential risks.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Cybersecurity Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Or Leadership Position.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Principles, Practices, And Technologies, Including Threat And Vulnerability Management, Network Security, And Data Protection.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Cybersecurity Policies, Procedures, And Protocols To Ensure Compliance With Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
