- Design, develop, and maintain the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to support and optimize production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and requirements for the MES system.
- Conduct thorough analysis and testing to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the MES system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or system errors that may arise.
- Develop and implement new features, enhancements, and upgrades to the MES system to meet changing business needs.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments in MES technology to continuously improve and innovate our systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on MES system functionality and processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party systems with the MES system.
- Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and provide timely updates on system changes.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations, in all MES system development and maintenance activities.
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Developing And Maintaining Mes Systems.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C#, Java, Or Python.
Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Operations, Particularly In The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues Efficiently.
