This role is critical in ensuring the effective management and utilization of our company's IT assets to support our global operations.   1. Develop and maintain an efficient and effective IT asset management system to track all company-owned hardware and software assets globally.
  2. Monitor and track IT asset usage, including hardware and software licenses, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Conduct regular audits of IT assets to identify any discrepancies and take necessary corrective actions.
  4. Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all IT assets, including procurement, deployment, and retirement.
  5. Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of IT asset inventory.
  6. Identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization of IT asset utilization through analysis and reporting.
  7. Develop and implement processes and procedures for the secure disposal and recycling of retired IT assets.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to IT asset management and make recommendations for process improvements.
  9. Provide training and support to employees on IT asset management policies, procedures, and tools.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of IT assets and resolve any issues related to procurement or maintenance.
  11. Maintain accurate documentation of all IT assets, including hardware and software inventory, contracts, and warranties.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the IT asset management system to ensure it meets the changing needs of the organization.
  13. Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT teams, finance, procurement, and external vendors.
  14. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to IT asset management.
  15. Contribute to the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans related to IT assets.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In It Asset Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Asset Management Principles, Processes, And Tools.

  • Strong Understanding Of It Infrastructure And Hardware, Including Servers, Network Devices, And End-User Devices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
