Human Resources Representative
This position will be responsible for providing HR Generalist support for processes and programs at the Round Lake Drug Delivery manufacturing facility. Support HR team in implementing function HR plans and programs such as performance management and annual compensation review process. Proactively communicate with employees and managers regarding HR policies and practices and key HR programs. Responsible for coordination of LOA policy and process and New Employee Orientation on an as needed basis. Data management responsibilities to include data audits, data entry, reporting and data analysis related to employee engagement survey process, talent management and other ad-hoc needs. Work independently to resolve straightforward employee relations issues and help resolve moderately complex ER issues.
3 years of human resource professional experience required.
Exposure to executives in a large / Fortune 500 Company preferred.
