- Oversee and manage the procurement process, from sourcing to contract negotiation and vendor management, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify potential risks and opportunities, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to ensure procurement activities are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and contracts to achieve cost savings and quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to regional procurement teams, ensuring consistency in processes and practices across all global operations.
- Analyze and report on procurement KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in procurement and logistics to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the company.
