Job Description

The Global Digital Marketing Manager will lead the vision and development of a digital ecosystem for the Renal Care Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) Portfolio, products, services, and education. Develop and implement the strategized digital ecosystem, applying appropriate KPIs. Collaborates with internal teams to create anchoring content/optimize user experience. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Manage and optimize the digital ecosystem once developed, including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Measures/reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against both strategic and operational goals (ROI and KPIs). Evaluate emerging technologies for appropriate application.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ digital marketing experience, including managing digital campaigns at a national level

  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools

  • Experience within the Healthcare/med device industry is preferred/not required

  • Strong analytical skills in Excel or other data management and reporting SW
