- Provide technical support and services to customers on Baxter's medical devices.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on medical equipment.
- Ensure the safe and effective use of medical devices by conducting proper testing and calibration.
- Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of service calls, repairs, and equipment maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in medical equipment and share knowledge with customers.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures while working on customer sites.
- Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations.
- Identify and report any potential quality or safety concerns with Baxter's medical devices.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to further enhance technical skills.
- Represent Baxter International in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role As A Field Service Technician, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Electronics, Or A Related Field. Relevant Certifications In Medical Device Servicing Will Also Be Considered.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Troubleshooting Skills In Mechanical, Electrical And Electronic Systems.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Provide Technical Support.
Ability To Work Independently And Travel Extensively To Various Client Sites, Often In Remote Locations, To Perform Installation, Maintenance, And Repairs On Baxter Medical Devices.
