- Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for Baxter's medical equipment and devices.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, recommending and implementing solutions to ensure continuous functioning.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment according to company guidelines.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company, industry, and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members to provide updates on equipment status and any necessary repairs or replacements.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Baxter's products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest advancements and updates.
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Represent Baxter International in a professional and positive manner at all times.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent, With A Technical Or Vocational Degree Preferred.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Technical Support Role, Preferably In The Medical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Technical And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Diagnose And Resolve Technical Issues Independently.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Individuals.
Willingness To Travel Frequently And Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends And Holidays, To Meet Customer Needs And Respond To Emergency Service Requests.
