Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Technical Support Or Field Service For Medical Equipment.
Knowledge Of Digital Solutions And Technology, Such As Remote Monitoring And Connectivity.
Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Users.
