  1. Monitor and assess customer credit risk and make recommendations for credit limits and payment terms.
  2. Conduct credit checks and review credit applications to determine creditworthiness.
  3. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer credit issues and provide guidance on credit-related matters.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing discrepancies.
  5. Prepare and analyze credit reports and provide regular updates to management on credit control processes and performance.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of credit control procedures.
  7. Monitor and track overdue accounts and initiate collection efforts as needed.
  8. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to credit control and provide recommendations for compliance.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members on credit control processes and best practices.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of all credit control activities.
  12. Act as a liaison between finance and other departments to ensure proper credit control procedures are followed.
  13. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers regarding credit-related matters.
  14. Proactively identify and escalate potential credit risks to management.
  15. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to credit control as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Credit Control Or Accounts Receivable

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Knowledge Of Credit And Collections Processes And Procedures

  • Proficient In Microsoft Excel And Other Accounting Software Systems
