- Perform chemical analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using various analytical techniques and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct routine and non-routine testing according to established procedures and protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing and analysis performed.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in test results.
- Communicate any abnormalities or trends in test results to the appropriate parties.
- Participate in method development and validation studies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support investigations and root cause analysis.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in analytical techniques.
- Train and mentor junior laboratory staff as needed.
- Provide support for audits and inspections from regulatory agencies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help drive process optimization.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to ethics and compliance.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Quality Control Or Analytical Chemistry
Proficient In Common Analytical Techniques Such As Hplc, Gc, And Spectroscopy
Strong Understanding Of Cgmps And Regulatory Compliance In A Pharmaceutical Or Medical Device Industry
