  • Develop and implement strategies for toxicology assessments and risk management in drug development
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines
  • Monitor and analyze data from preclinical toxicology studies to identify potential safety concerns and develop mitigation strategies
  • Review and approve study protocols, reports, and other documentation related to preclinical toxicology
  • Provide expertise and guidance on toxicology-related issues to internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies
  • Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on the latest developments in the field of toxicology
  • Manage budgets and resources to effectively support preclinical toxicology activities
  • Mentor and develop team members to promote growth and career advancement.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Toxicology, Pharmacology, Or A Related Scientific Field.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Preclinical Toxicology, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Glp Guidelines And Fda Regulations Pertaining To Preclinical Toxicology Studies.

  • Experience Managing And Leading A Team Of Scientists And Toxicologists.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Data To Diverse Stakeholders.
