Job Description

  1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with cGMP regulations to ensure compliance in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  2. Conduct IPQA activities, including in-process inspections and batch record reviews, to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and deviations in a timely manner.
  4. Participate in internal and external audits, providing support and guidance on quality-related matters.
  5. Monitor manufacturing processes and provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  6. Train and mentor team members on cGMP regulations and company quality processes and procedures.
  7. Conduct investigations into product non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records of all quality-related activities.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the company's compliance and continuous improvement.
  10. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including management, to provide updates on quality-related matters and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Adhere to all safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  12. Foster a culture of quality and compliance within the organization through training, communication, and leading by example.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Or A Related Discipline.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Medical Device Company.

  • Knowledge Of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (Cgmp) And Regulatory Requirements For Pharmaceutical Products.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Analyze And Interpret Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
