  1. Coordinate the movement and tracking of all assets within the facility, including equipment, supplies, and materials.
  2. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in the tracking and recording of all assets.
  3. Maintain detailed records of asset movement, including location, status, and usage.
  4. Communicate with various departments and teams to facilitate the timely and accurate movement of assets.
  5. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure proper inventory levels and timely reordering of assets.
  6. Conduct regular audits of asset information and physical inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for asset management processes.
  8. Train and mentor new team members on asset management procedures and systems.
  9. Monitor and report on asset utilization and performance metrics.
  10. Identify areas for improvement in asset management processes and make recommendations for optimization.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  12. Support cross-functional projects and initiatives related to asset management.
  13. Serve as a key point of contact for asset-related inquiries and issues.
  14. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in asset management processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Inventory Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Inventory Management, Including Experience In Tracking And Monitoring Inventory Levels, Conducting Audits, And Ensuring Accuracy Of Records.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Procurement, Distribution, And Logistics. This Will Help Them Coordinate With Other Departments And Ensure Smooth Operations.

  • Attention To Detail: As An Asset Coordinator, Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Maintain Accurate Records And Identify Any Discrepancies Or Errors In Inventory. The Candidate Should Be Detail-Oriented And Able To Spot Any Issues That May Impact The Supply Chain.

  • Communication Skills: Strong Communication Skills Are Essential For An Asset Coordinator To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Suppliers, And Other Departments. This Includes Providing Updates On Inventory Levels, Addressing Any Issues, And Collaborating With Others To Improve Processes.

  • Ability To Work 3Rd Shift: This Position Requires Working Overnight On The 3Rd Shift, So The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Well In A Night-Time Environment. They Should Also Be Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job, Including Standing For Extended Periods And Lifting Heavy Items.
