- Promote and sell Baxter International's anesthesia portfolio to hospitals and other healthcare facilities in the West region.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the healthcare industry.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and trainings to healthcare professionals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote Baxter International's products.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-development.
- Represent Baxter International as a professional and ethical ambassador at all times.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Anesthesia Products And Their Application In Surgical And Clinical Settings.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Educate And Persuade Healthcare Professionals.
