  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell anesthesia products in the Lower Midwest Territory.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities and key decision makers in the region.
  3. Utilize clinical knowledge and understanding of anesthesia products to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
  4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and provide support and training as needed.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set for the territory.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, clinical, and customer service to ensure a comprehensive approach to sales.
  8. Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  9. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  10. Continuously develop and update knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors to remain a subject matter expert in anesthesia sales.
  11. Represent the company at industry conferences, tradeshows, and events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
  13. Travel within the territory as needed to meet with clients and attend meetings and events.
  14. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  15. Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Sales, With A Focus On Anesthesia Products.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Healthcare Industry And Understanding Of Hospital Purchasing Processes.
